The community relations division is staffed by one lieutenant, Lt. Allen Lee. Community relations include the following services: neighborhood watch programs, crime prevention, Explorer program, Citizens Police Academy and many others.

     The Community Relations Division of the Elberton Police Department is staffed by one Lieutenant, Allen Lee. The purpose of the division is to build a network of relationships to enable the Elberton Police Department to be proactive in addressing community concerns. The division encourages citizens to participate in various outreach programs provided by the Elberton Police Department.
