Huff. __________________________________________________________________________ Youth Leadership Elberton Program Overview: Youth Leadership Elberton is open to 10th, 11th and 12th grade students of Elbert County at a cost of $35.00, which is due upon acceptance into the program. Classes are held one night each week (usually Thursday’s) from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. beginning in January of 2007 and held in the City Municipal Complex through the end of March. The program utilizes the J. W. Fanning Institute of Leadership 12-week curriculum through the University of Georgia. The program is a nationally recognized tool for leadership development. The Leadership Elberton program is sponsored annually by the Elbert County Chamber of Commerce, Elbert County Extension Service and the City of Elberton.
