Community Relations Division
The Community Relations Officer serves as a liaison between the
community and the Elberton Police Department. The Community
Relations Officer is responsible for implementing community
programs, personal safety and neighborhood protection.
The goal of the Community Relations Office is to involve the
community in crime prevention and public safety through
communication, training and education. We offer several programs and
services that work toward this goal.

Neighborhood
Watch and Crime Prevention Programs

Eastside,
meets 2nd Saturday of each month, Blackwell Cultural
Center on Campbell Street at 10:00 a.m.

Westside,
meets 3rd Saturday of each month, rotates between
Union Grace Baptist Church and Westside Presbyterian Church on
Pulliam Street at 11:00 a.m.

Southside,
meets last Monday of each month at First Presbyterian Church on
S. McIntosh Street at 6:00 pm. Everyone brings something for a
pot luck dinner. Program is after dinner.
