Personnel Review Board (Grievance Committee) This board has three community members
with one, two, or three year terms. The board serves as an avenue for city employees to take
personnel matters to a group outside of other city employees. If an employee feels he or she has
been treated unfairly by another city employee, the matter may be taken to this committee for
