Historic Preservation Commission Created in 1985, this is the City of Elberton's most active
citizen board. This board has three districts and a five member board rotating every four years.
The main focus of this commission is to preserve the history of our community. The board deals
with everything from where a mailbox is placed to what type of materials may be used on a home.
